What is Ceylera?
Ceylera is a small business bringing premium, true Ceylon spices from Sri Lanka — carefully selected and packed fresh in small batches.
Is your cinnamon true Ceylon cinnamon (not cassia)?
Yes. We sell true Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) — not cassia and not blends. It is naturally lighter in colour, delicate in texture, and smoother in aroma.
Why does your cinnamon look different from grocery-store cinnamon?
True Ceylon cinnamon has more than ten grades. Lower grades can appear darker or thicker. Ours is selected from premium grades — a lighter golden-brown colour, thin delicate layers, and a smoother aroma.
Do you sell sticks, powder, or both?
Both. Some customers prefer sticks for maximum freshness and grinding at home, while others prefer the convenience of ready-to-use powder.
Where does Ceylera ship to?
We ship to Canada, the US, and worldwide. Free shipping applies on orders over $49.99 CAD in Canada, $69.99 USD in the US, and $89.99 USD for the rest of the world.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier — typically 1–9 business days within the GTA, 2–10 within Ontario, 3–14 Canada-wide, and longer for US and international orders. We ship Monday–Friday and send tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once delivered. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos and we will make it right.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — we work with restaurants, specialty grocers, and food businesses across Canada. Reach out with the subject 'Wholesale enquiry' and we will send our catalogue and pricing.
